Connect Attentive

  1. Go to Settings → Apps in Hyper
  2. Select Attentive → Connect New
  3. Provide your Attentive API key or credentials

Use in Chat

Enable Attentive in the tool selector. Ask your agent to manage campaigns or check messaging performance.

Use in Agents

Add Attentive to an agent’s toolkits and select the connection. Mark sensitive actions (send messages) as “requires approval.”

Use in Flows

Automate SMS/email campaigns, audience targeting, and engagement workflows using Attentive action nodes.

Troubleshooting

  • Messages not sending: verify API key and sender configuration
  • Audience issues: check subscriber list and segmentation settings
